I love baking tea cakes, I think they are fuss free & absolutely delightful to eat, this is one such recipe. I hope you enjoy making this, However I have a small tip before you make this one, instead of adding curd to the butter &sugar soak the semolina in curd, but don't add baking powder & baking soda to semolina if you are soaking it in curd as it will kill the effect, you can add the baking powder & soda at last after you have added the semolina mix to the wet ingredients. This process will give you a nice & spongy cake, the crust of my cake became a bit hard as I did not soak the semolina. Let me know the results 😄
